The whole game is free and contains ads. A one-time purchase removes them for good — no subscription. Gold, the currency for instant tenants, emergency repairs and rescues, can be bought whenever you want it or earned with medals, records and videos.

How does time work in the game?
The game runs in realtime from today: one game day passes every 2 minutes, also while the app is closed. While you play you can speed up with 1×–4×. When you come back, a summary shows what happened.
What is the difference between cash and gold?
Cash is your money in the game, in the currency of your home country. Gold is your currency outside the game: a tenant at once, a fast eviction, an emergency repair, works finished today, an investor or a rescue from bankruptcy. You earn gold with medals and videos or buy it.
How do I remove the ads?
Settings → Ads → Remove ads. It is a one-time purchase. On a new iPhone use Settings → Ads → Restore purchase with the same Apple ID.
Can I choose which notifications I get?
Yes: Settings → Notifications. Important events, the annual report and reminders can each be switched on or off. There are never notifications at night.
Where are my games stored?
On your iPhone — up to 10 games, newest first — and in your iCloud if it is switched on. There is no account.
How does the leaderboard work?
Your net worth in today’s euros (converted with the game’s exchange rates, adjusted for inflation) is compared worldwide, by continent and by country, under a random game name you can change in Office → Leaderboard. Only the name, a random device id and your scores are sent. You can switch it off in Settings.
How do I change my ad and tracking choices?
In the app: Settings → Ads → Ad privacy settings. Tracking permission can be changed in the iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
